Bri Van Scotter is a professional chef & pastry chef turned hunter! After graduating college, she attended the Culinary Institute of America in Napa, CA and graduated with an Associates Degree in Culinary Arts. After that, she earned a degree in baking and pastry from the Art Institute.The passion for better ingredients lead Chef Bri to the life of hunting. In her eyes, hunting is a way to connect with your food, so she has dedicated herself to hunting the most pure and organic protein possible. She created Wilderness to Table, all about her journey as a chef who became a hunter to showcase the beauty of wild game meat through delicious recipes.
